These small but mighty mini grinders with ceramic grinding mechanisms are made to go wherever you do – whether it’s a picnic in the park, camping in the woods, or just adding a dash of flavor at the dinner table.

The set is ultra-compact, making it easy to bring along on your travels. The grinders sit neatly in a handy little holder, so you won’t have to worry about spice dust on your table (or in your bag!).

When it’s time to move them around, simply squeeze the tops of the grinders and lift them up together – quick, clean, and kind of clever, if we may say so ourselves.

Turn clockwise for a finer grind.
Turn anticlockwise for a coarser grind.

Unscrew the adjustment wheel and remove the ceramic cone. Use a stiff brush to clean both the grinder stone and the cone.
If necessary, immerse the ceramic cone in warm water to dissolve any remaining residue. Ensure that all ceramic parts are completely dry—allow at least 24 hours—before reassembling and using the grinder again.

If you want to use your grinder for a different spice, we recommend grinding some coarse salt through your grinder. This will remove spice residues and clean the ceramic parts.
