The Crushgrind® mechanism lets you crush not just the usual salt and pepper, but anything you'd like, really. It's designed to grind whole, dried spices, releasing their aromas, flavors, and beauty. Let's crush boring food! 

Turn clockwise for a finer grind.
Turn anticlockwise for a coarser grind.

Unscrew the top and fill the grinder with your preferred salt, pepper or dried spice. Screw the top back on, and it is ready to use.
Clean the outside with a damp cloth. 

If you want to use your grinder for a different spice, we recommend grinding some coarse salt through your grinder. This will remove spice residues and clean the ceramic parts.
